Formación

• Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience with healthcare systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer calls in a 24x7x365 call center.
• Respond to service desk calls regarding clinical applications.
• Track and document incident tickets in a timely manner.
