Dynacare is seeking a Client Support Representative for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will assist healthcare providers and insurers, process orders, handle inquiries by phone and email, and ensure timely report delivery while following SOPs.

The ideal candidate has a secondary school diploma, bilingual French/English, at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication, and accurate data entry skills. This is a Canada-wide opportunity with benefits and RRSP/match programs.

Competenze

• Secondary School Diploma is required.
• Bilingual (French/English) is mandatory for QC, asset for rest of Canada.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a contact centre or industry.
• Strong urgency, multitasking, prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry; solid phone etiquette.

Mansioni

• Assist healthcare providers to ensure orders are completed accurately and processed promptly.
• Support providers and insurance customers with authorizations, physician fees, and report delivery.
• Maintain high quality customer interactions by asking effective questions and securing provider cooperation.
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and priority messages from carriers, providers, customers, and advisors.
• Review and validate orders for complete documentation and timely report production.
• Conduct follow-up communications to obtain updates and identify delays.
