You will handle inquiries related to diabetes, obesity, rare diseases, cardiovascular and liver health, delivering accurate and empathetic support to patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong English and French proficiency, 2+ years in pharma/biotech call centers, Salesforce and Vonage

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years in pharma/biotech call centers or medical/commercial setting.
• Experience with pharmaceutical products in a call center is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Vonage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails with empathy and accuracy.
• Assist patients and healthcare professionals with general inquiries.
