Job summary

Brunel is hiring a Bilingual Customer Response Centre Representative to support Canada-wide operations. The role handles English and French inquiries by phone and written channels, assisting patients, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and internal partners with accurate, compliant information.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of call centre experience and be fluent in both official languages.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of call centre experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and French.
• Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work remotely on EST schedule.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries in English and French in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• Support customers across Canada including patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
• Answer calls and written inquiries related to medicines and medical devices with approved guidance.
• Troubleshoot medical device questions by gathering relevant information and guiding through steps.
• Document customer interactions and outcomes in required systems.
• Identify and escalate complex medical device issues and complaints per procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for updates on products and processes.
• Maintain strong call handling and de-escalation in a fast-paced remote center.
• Meet service level expectations, schedule adherence, and teamwork responsibilities.
