Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Catering Operations Manager to oversee nationwide catering operations from a remote setting. You will optimize supply chains, enforce food safety standards, and drive efficiency across multi-site locations.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in HACCP; you will mentor remote teams and develop SOPs to ensure service excellence and cost-effective performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in catering operations management, including remote or multi-site roles.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale catering operations and optimizing supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with operations management software and remote collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability of catering services nationwide.
• Oversee supply chain management, vendor relations, and procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Establish and enforce stringent food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all operations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
• Manage and mentor remote operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Develop and refine SOPs for all aspects of catering operations.
