Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in logistics operations management, with a significant portion in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex supply chains and multi-site operations.
• Expertise in transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and other relevant logistics technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies to meet company objectives and customer requirements.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Lead, mentor, and manage remote and on-site logistics teams to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve logistics efficiency, cost, and service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing best practices and innovative solutions within the logistics network.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all operations.
