Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Operations Manager to lead the operations function from anywhere, supporting teams that primarily operate in the Kimberley region. The role focuses on strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of virtual processes to maximize efficiency and outcomes.

You will build and nurture a high-performing remote team, leveraging technology to foster collaboration and ensure achievement of business objectives across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years managing remote teams.
• Proven expertise in remote work technologies and project management software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills adapted for a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and manage complex operational challenges remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies tailored for a fully remote workforce.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate distributed teams to achieve peak performance and engagement.
• Implement and manage collaboration tools and platforms to enhance team synergy and productivity.
