Recruit Action inc. is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for Travel Insurance in a 100% remote role. You will support travelers, coordinate required services, and inform clients about coverage while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, telecommunications, or claims assistance.
• Bilingual in English and French; additional language is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client calls and provide empathetic support.
• Act as resource for insured members, families, and providers regarding coverage.
• Open claim files and direct clients to healthcare providers.
• Explain travel insurance coverage, exclusions, and limits.
• Coordinate services and authorize certain tests when needed.
• Support clients through the claims process and follow up.
• Document interactions in the claims management system.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve requests and complaints.
• Maintain high level of customer service in a fast-paced team setting.
