Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative for payroll-free insurance support in a remote Montreal setting. The role starts full-time for training, with potential part-time later, and requires fluency in French and English (oral and written).

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience supporting insurance programs.
• Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and listening skills.
• College diploma preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls, chats, and inquiries.
• Develop product knowledge and effectively convey information to clients.
