Resolve Sleep Health in Canada is seeking a Central Services Representative to work remotely. You will be the first contact for patients and referral sources, handling intake, data entry, and triage with empathy.

This full-time, bilingual role requires fluency in English and another language. You will coordinate with clinics and partners, ensure privacy compliance, and support a growing network of sleep health services across the country.

Qualifications

• Fluency in an additional language required (Spanish, Mandarin, French, or Farsi).
• Experience in healthcare settings, e.g., clinic staff or patient coordinators.
• Knowledge of sleep disorders and CPAP therapy.
• Detail-oriented with fast learner in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or electronic systems with professionalism and empathy.
• Collect and verify patient information, referral details, and service requirements.
• Input data into the client management system and maintain records.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to initiate services.
• Ensure intake procedures comply with privacy and accreditation standards.
• Identify and escalate issues or barriers to service promptly.
