Job summary

CooperVision is hiring for a bilingual Customer Service role based in Richmond Hill. You will provide exceptional support across phone, email, chat and correspondence, handling orders, account updates and inquiries to exceed customer expectations.

The role requires fluency in English and French, and the ability to work in a hybrid home/office environment within commuting distance of Richmond Hill. Strong communication and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Bilingual English/French is required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact resolution across phone, email, chat and fax.
• Enter sales orders into ERP system accurately.
• Update customer accounts and track order status.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Manufacturing to support customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing and policies.
