Job summary

Jobgether SRL on behalf of a partner is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative based in Canada for a remote role delivering personalized support to patients and aiding them in booking consultations. You will engage via calls and chats, ensuring high engagement across vision care clinics.

You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, maintain CRM records, and strive to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of customer service or call centre experience with measurable targets.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and online chats to provide personalized patient assistance.
• Understand patient needs using active listening and a consultative approach.
• Follow up with prospective patients to schedule consultations.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments to optimize calendars.
• Maintain accurate patient records in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Work in a fast-paced remote environment with multiple conversations.
• Apply feedback to improve communication and conversion performance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve targets and service quality.
