Job summary

Bilingual Source in Mississauga is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French and English required) to join a collaborative team. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling orders, inquiries, and requests with accuracy and courtesy in a hybrid work setup after in-office onboarding.

The role offers CAD 50,000–52,000 per year, plus a monthly bonus up to CAD 500. Benefits include RRSP eligibility after three months, comprehensive coverage, and a Monday–Friday 9:00–5:30

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an asset.
• Hybrid work arrangement after onboarding (2–3 days in office).

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls in English and French.
• Process orders and enter data into internal systems.
• Create and manage customer cases in the CRM.
• Resolve inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Meet service and productivity targets while delivering quality support.
