American Income Life: AO is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our remote Canada-wide team. You will guide families through their permanent benefits program with care, explain options over Zoom, and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.

You’ll build long-term relationships through follow-up, collaborate with colleagues to boost efficiency, and enjoy a fully remote role with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits that support working families.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary an asset).
• 1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, or client-facing roles preferred.
