American Income Life: AO is hiring a Remote Sales Representative to engage union and association members across Canada from home. You will make outbound calls, schedule virtual meetings, and present benefits packages via scripts and needs analysis on Zoom.

Training is provided, no prior sales experience required. The role rewards a results-driven mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with team support, plus opportunities for advancement and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Coachable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently while supported by a team.
• Sales experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling and appointment setting to schedule virtual client meetings.
• Present the permanent benefits packages using scripts and needs analysis system over Zoom.
• Full training provided, no experience necessary.
• Report daily numbers.
• Attend optional training classes.
• Completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for the coverage.
