American Income Life: AO is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to work remotely from Canada. You will make outbound calls, set virtual client meetings, and present comprehensive benefits packages using our scripts and needs analysis system over Zoom. Training is provided; no prior experience is required.

Leads are provided at no cost to support your success. Promotional opportunities exist based on results, with industry-leading training, workshops, and technology.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Coachable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
• Sales experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling and appointment setting to schedule virtual client meetings.
• Present permanent benefits packages using scripts and needs analysis over Zoom.
• Full training provided, no prior experience required.
• Report daily numbers and performance metrics.
• Attend optional training classes.
• Process underwriting tasks to get clients approved for coverage.
