American Income Life: AO is recruiting a Life Insurance Representative to work from home, serving families across Canada. You will meet virtually, review benefit options, explain enrollment steps, and guide clients through the process with clear information and accurate documentation.

This role emphasizes building lasting client relationships, ongoing support, and participation in training for leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, administration, hospitality, or other client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and meeting clients over Zoom.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to obtain a provincial life insurance license if not currently licensed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual appointments with families through Zoom.
• Explain permanent benefit options in a simple and professional manner.
• Help clients complete applications and required documents.
• Ensure all client information is accurate and compliant.
• Follow up with clients to provide continued service and support.
• Build long-term relationships with families.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development.
• Work with the team to improve service, systems, and overall client experience.
