Job summary

Willson International is seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to research, engage, and qualify cross-border logistics leads from home-based locations in Canada. You will support Account Executives by building a robust pipeline and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and nurture new business through high-volume outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Identify and qualify leads by understanding prospect needs and aligning with Willson services.
• Schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives to build pipeline and revenue.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and operations to refine targeting and improve conversions.
• Track activity against KPIs and maintain professionalism.
