Job summary

RouteOne Canada is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and manage dealer relationships across Ontario’s rural region, covering markets north of Toronto to Barrie, east to Pickering/Oshawa, and west of Toronto. You will be the in-market contact for lenders and dealers, leveraging insight into dealership systems and credit processes.

You will execute sales strategy, generate reports, and identify opportunities to increase volumes while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven success in automotive dealer environments.
• Strong knowledge of dealership processes and credit workflows.
• Experience building lender and dealer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on account strategy with timely milestones for each dealer.
• Identify new opportunities and assess competitive products.
• Acquire and grow lender accounts and support training.
• Engage clients in person, by phone, and online to close sales.
• Increase application volume and revenue from dealer platforms.
