Job summary

Assurant, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for GTA/Southern Ontario to support and grow our dealer network for Assurant Vehicle Protection Services.

You will build strong relationships with existing partners while prospecting new dealerships to expand F&I product adoption and revenue. The role requires regular in-person visits within Ontario, ongoing training for dealer staff, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and sales execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Automotive F&I products and services is ideal.
• Travel up to 75%+ within territory for in-person dealership support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand Assurant VPS dealer network through regular visits and training.
• Present products and services to dealerships to drive new partnerships and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure superior dealer and customer support.
