Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, and audio against prompts, ensuring alignment, and providing concise explanations to help improve AI systems. Remote work with flexible hours is available.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with clear writing and listening skills.
Excellent eye for detail, especially during reviews of AI outputs.
Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural and useful each sounded.
Compare pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
Inspect outputs closely, zoom in/replay to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
Rate each output on adherence, quality, realism, and provide written explanations in English.
