Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay conversations with an AI voice model, score outputs, and write explanations in English. This remote role offers flexible hours and payment per hour with weekly payouts.

You’ll evaluate images, videos, and audio-visual outputs, noting where prompts are followed or diverge, and contribute to improving AI systems through structured feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational style.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain findings in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom in/replay) to spot issues like artifacts, motion problems, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write a concise, English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
