Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible basis. You'll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and describe what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, inspecting outputs for issues, and providing written explanations in English that clearly point to observed flaws.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and clear everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better followed the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of observations.
