Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, score responses, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, contributing to improvements in AI systems.

Responsibilities include evaluating image and video pairs, annotating errors, and providing concise reasoning in English. This is a remote opportunity with weekly payments and no minimum hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, natural written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews; ability to explain findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unmatched audio, and writing explanations in English.
