Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Contributors review images, videos and audio, rating adherence, quality and realism, and provide concise explanations. Ideal candidates have clear written English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to decide despite imperfect options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think clearly and decide when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts and judge which follows instructions better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio and video.
• Write a concise explanation in English describing what was observed or heard and why a choice was made.
