Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what was off in writing to improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience in writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing a specific English explanation pointing to what was observed.
