Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will role-play live conversations with AI voice models, rate how well outputs follow prompts, and explain in writing what looked off.

You’ll work remotely on your own schedule and earn per-hour compensation with potential incentives. Responsibilities include comparing images and videos, highlighting AI artifacts, and delivering precise explanations to help improve frontier AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and talk through realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging fidelity to prompts and quality.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems like distortions or misalignment.
• Write concise English explanations pointing to observed issues and support your rating.
