Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Your reviews help shape how AI systems reason and improve, with flexible hours and global participation. We offer remote work from anywhere, weekly payments, and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

Fluent English and strong written communication are essential.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in during reviews.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
Inspecting outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
Writing a clear explanation in English that points to observed issues and reasoning.
