Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate responses, and explain in writing what looked off, with emphasis on how well prompts are followed and how realistic the outputs appear.

Contributors help steer AI systems toward better reasoning and behavior, earning competitive hourly pay and flexible schedules while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail with the patience to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Clear decision-making when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write concise, English explanations detailing what looked or sounded off.
