Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services for marketing-led brands. As Account Growth Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients, maintaining relationships while driving growth.

You will partner with the sales, strategy and delivery teams to ensure a single, clear voice for clients, focusing on retention, renewals and expanding opportunities. Base plus commission, split 50/50.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in agency account management.
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to renew and expand client relationships.

About The Role

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
