Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services for marketing-led brands. As Account Manager you will own an established book of recurring clients, with our sales team winning new business and you growing existing accounts.

You will manage retention, propose upsells, and work with strategists and delivery teams to ensure a single, clear voice for clients.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising environments.
• Proven ability to keep clients and sell additional work with measurable results.
• Ability to manage a sales quota with consistent delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own retention across your book of clients, ensuring renewals and early warnings for drift.
• Identify and close upsell opportunities to expand each client engagement.
• Meet a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Coordinate with strategists and delivery teams to present a single client voice.
