Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to recruit an Account Executive — Voice and Video Contributor based in Canada. In this remote freelance role, you will participate in paid, recorded conversations with sales professionals to help train AI systems on B2B sales processes.

You will discuss opportunity qualification, stakeholder management, pricing, negotiation, and closing, while explaining the rationale behind decisions. Access to a quiet recording environment and video participation is required.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as an account executive or in a comparable B2B sales role.
• Experience managing substantive buyer conversations and progressing opportunities.
• Fluency in spoken communication in the session language.
• Ability to articulate sales strategies and justify recommendations.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Discuss sales discovery, qualification, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
• Analyze realistic sales situations, including stalled opportunities and discounts requests.
• Explain and defend recommended sales strategies with examples.
• Challenge others' assumptions and respond to objections.
• Engage in unscripted, two-way conversations to demonstrate sales judgment.
• Use anonymized examples to protect confidential information.
• Contribute to paid, recorded sessions for AI training and evaluation.
