Job summary

ElevenLabs is remote-first and Canada-based, seeking a Solutions Engineer to scale our voice AI platform for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with account teams, engage with customer technical contacts, and architect integrations to scale solutions globally.

The role emphasizes building demos, enablement resources, and self-service tooling, while expanding productization of common patterns. Regular travel for customer on-sites is expected, with a Toronto preference for candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background to help customers architect integration between our solutions and their existing solutions.
• Experience working with customers and scaling technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and software development concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in messaging to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospects to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team’s effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and work with product teams to realize them.
