Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, with agentic or AI-powered products.
• Experience using AI tools within the product development workflow.
• Proven ability to improve activation, retention, engagement, or monetization.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills with data-driven decision making.
• Collaborates effectively across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Design teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and engineering to integrate the agent across the platform.
• Identify friction and opportunities via data, qualitative insights, and user needs.
• Define and monitor success metrics for activation, retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Partner with Marketing and Customer Experience to ensure consistent user experience.
• Prioritize, scope, and deliver product improvements with measurable value.
• Communicate strategy and progress clearly to cross-functional leadership.
• Use experiments and evidence to validate ideas and iterate quickly.
