Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Canada in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Territory Manager, Services & Operations to lead the regional operating performance, develop a strategic plan, and drive growth across a 45-person team. The role reports to the Senior Manager Service Operations and involves 10–15% travel annually.

You will shape regional programs, collaborate with national leaders, and ensure safety, quality and cost management while delivering top‑line results and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 10 years experience in sales/operations/Customer service.
• Minimum 5 years in a management position leading sizeable teams and a profit center.
• Experience in establishing and managing performance metrics and cultural change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for the overall operating performance of the region.
• Champion the development and sustainability of a regional vision and strategic plan.
• Provide leadership to a large regional team with a focus on people, customer service and industry best practices.
• Develop and monitor national operations programs within the region to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with national leadership to identify trends and growth opportunities and drive sales strategies in the region.
• Collaborate to improve operational efficiencies, safety, and quality.
• Champion H&S initiatives across the region.
• Achieve KPIs and annual operating plan objectives focusing on top-line growth.
• Execute the VHCS strategic business plan centered on sales growth, cost management and people management.
• Ensure customer service commitments and standards are upheld across the region.
