Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and warehouse teams (Technical, Delivery and Warehouse Associates).
• Ensure customers receive top level service and meet service levels.
• Supervise warehouse activities and attain inventory targets (value, days of inventory on hand).
• Maintain positive staff relations through regular communication and staff meetings.
