• Supervise activities and attain inventory targets.
• Maintain staff relations through communication and reviews.
• Ensure administrative procedures align with company policies.
• Manage administrative processes efficiently per corporate policy.
• Oversee employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, retention, offboarding.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support growth and development.
• Foster inclusive, collaborative environment aligned with KDP values.
• Collaborate with associates and leaders to promote synergy.
