Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Canada (KDP) is seeking a Territory Sales Rep to manage assigned stores in Ontario. Reporting to the Regional Field Sales Lead, you will drive distribution, display and sales objectives across the region.

You will use CRM to maximize opportunities, ensure in-store promotions, and share territory insights. The role requires travel within Ontario, strong presentation skills and proficiency with MS Office and an iPad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
• Prior consumer products/retail experience with knowledge of Ontario regional grocery accounts preferred.
• Great attitude with learning capacity.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an iPad
• Ability to travel within Ontario (including overnights) and to bi-annual out of province meetings.
• Valid driver license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines

Responsibilities

• Drive product distribution, display and overall incremental volume at large format and speciality banners in Ontario.
• Leverage CRM tool to maximize sales opportunity, provide performance data, maintain customer notes and call schedules.
• Ensure in-store execution of account promotions and feature activity.
• Communicate clearly and professionally as the face of KDP at store level.
• Be your territory expert, aware of trends, opportunities and operational procedures.
• Conduct product knowledge sessions with store staff.
• Manage pre-determined operating and trade spending budgets (T&E) including trade dollars (Rapidraft).
• Complete required paperwork, data collection and processes accurately and timely.
