Keurig Dr Pepper Canada is seeking an Account Manager for the VHCS unit in Mississauga, Ontario. You will lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts in the GTA East area, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and high customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Mississauga office, you will promote new equipment and products, secure contracts, and ensure after-sale service while meeting sales goals and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a service environment.
• University degree.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomy and initiative.
• Results-oriented.
• Ability to work on several projects; good time and priority management.
• Motivation, determination and good team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage customers while promoting the new equipment and products.
• Regularly meet with customers to assess satisfaction and grow territory.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Representative when a new case is given to understand the customer’s expectations.
• Create business propositions outlining the benefits and added value of our company.
• Close the sale, sign the agreements, and ensure after-sale service.
• Ensure the proper execution of the transaction.
• Meet the territory’s sales goals and conduct monthly business reviews with concrete actions.
• Promote new products and stay abreast of innovations, competition and the market.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team; develop knowledge of coffee industry and equipment.
