Our manufacturing facility is supported by satellite branch facilities, with distribution nationwide through dealership partners across every province in Canada.

Position: Regional Sales Manager, British Columbia (RSM)

You will play a key role in shaping and executing our sales strategy to surpass territory objectives and drive business growth. Reporting to the Branch Manager in Surrey, with a dotted line to the National Sales and Marketing Manager, you will lead the sales process in BC, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial building supply sales specialist to promote our Canadian-made products throughout British Columbia. The RSM will maintain regular contact with current and prospective customers, conducting all sales activities from lead generation to deal closing, utilizing technical selling skills and focused product knowledge to deliver superior solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Account management, sales, and promotion to the residential, commercial, and industrial construction and building supply industry.
  • Build and promote strong relationships through regular site visits to customers, dealers, and partners.
  • Coordinate with company personnel to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Create and maintain sales reports and customer account plans with a 12-24 month outlook to maximize long-term revenue growth.
  • Complete onboarding and training to develop technical product knowledge.
  • Utilize the company CRM for lead generation, account setup, and order cycle management.
  • Develop sales presentations and proposals highlighting product benefits.
  • Assess market conditions, monitor competitors, and identify emerging trends.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of outside technical/building supplies sales experience.
  • Experience with distribution sales; knowledge of production and manufacturing industry is an asset.
  • Architectural and commercial sales experience is an asset.
  • Proven sales achievement, with strong interpersonal skills and innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • A self-starter with integrity, accountability, and team orientation.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
