A leading company in building materials seeks a Regional Sales Manager for British Columbia. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage accounts, and build strong relationships with customers and partners. This role requires technical sales expertise and a proactive approach to meet business objectives.

Our manufacturing facility is supported by satellite branch facilities, with distribution nationwide through dealership partners across every province in Canada.
You will play a key role in shaping and executing our sales strategy to surpass territory objectives and drive business growth. Reporting to the Branch Manager in Surrey, with a dotted line to the National Sales and Marketing Manager, you will lead the sales process in BC, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial building supply sales specialist to promote our Canadian-made products throughout British Columbia. The RSM will maintain regular contact with current and prospective customers, conducting all sales activities from lead generation to deal closing, utilizing technical selling skills and focused product knowledge to deliver superior solutions.
