Territory Sales Manager - Southwestern ON

Join a leading cannabis brand and elevate your sales career as a Territory Manager in Southwestern Ontario. Auxly is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to lead retail execution and sales growth in this dynamic industry. This remote role involves regular in-person visits within the territory, so candidates should reside in Southwestern Ontario.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders.
  2. Achieving and exceeding KPIs related to sales, distribution, and market share.
  3. Identifying new opportunities for product visibility and consumer engagement.
  4. Applying industry knowledge to influence purchasing decisions and support sell-through.
  5. Delivering effective sales presentations and retail visits.
  6. Managing route plans and using CRM tools to track activities and metrics.
  7. Implementing brand activation and merchandising strategies.
  8. Sharing market insights with the team and contributing to weekly reports.
  9. Managing territory budget responsibly.

Qualifications:

  1. 2–4 years of successful sales experience in CPG, beverage, or related industries.
  2. Experience or exposure to the cannabis industry is advantageous.
  3. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  5. Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
  6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  7. Willingness to travel within the region, including evenings and occasional overnight stays.
  8. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  9. CannSell certification.
