Job summary

CKF Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across Eastern Canada and the Eastern United States. You will lead the regional sales team, develop key customer relationships, and implement strategic plans to capture new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven 5-7 years’ sales leadership experience in sales management, business development, or account management.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with experience managing budgets and forecasting.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual regional sales plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Lead regional sales strategies and account plans for key customers.
• Grow market share, introduce new products, and expand in new and existing markets.
• Manage regional forecasts and budgets to support profitable growth.
