Job summary

Consolidated Gypsum Supply in Calgary seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead the building materials sales team across Western Canada. You will coach, recruit, and develop talent while pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining key accounts.

The role requires strategic planning, regular travel within the region, and delivering growth in revenue and margins. Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, benefits, a company RRSP match, and a vehicle and phone allowances are offered.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience leading a sales team
• Experience in B2B and B2C selling
• Willingness to travel within Calgary and surrounding area
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build relationships with existing accounts and pursue new opportunities
• Lead, train and mentor the sales team
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Prepare budgets and analyze monthly performance
• Approve daily sales orders and quotations
• Oversee merchandising programs and customer inquiries
• Monitor pricing and market trends to stay competitive
• Assist in sales forecasting and strategy development
• Maintain up-to-date customer records
• Submit sales and expense reports
