Job summary

TPD® Workforce Solutions is seeking a high-impact leader to develop and execute regional commercial strategies across Western Canada. You will direct and coach a distributed team of 7-8 sales managers across four provinces to achieve key account deliverables and KPIs, while securing major opportunities in industrial, municipal, mining, energy, and contractor sectors.

Experience leading multi-region industrial sales operations.
Experience guiding a distributed team of 7+ sales professionals across multiple provinces.
Financial acumen in structuring high-value enterprise quotes and commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted regional commercial strategies to meet target revenues and increase market share across Western Canada.
Direct, coach, and manage a team of 7-8 regional sales managers across four provinces to achieve key account deliverables and quarterly KPIs.
Secure high-impact commercial opportunities across industrial, municipal, mining, energy, and contractor accounts.
Partner with cross-functional legal, operations, and product teams to streamline large-scale quoting, complex contracts, warranties, and product delivery.
