Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to the industry with 10 years' experience or Master's with 8 years' experience
• Solid experience in people management
• Experience in sales coaching
• Knowledge of Private Banking 1859
• Strong wealth management and financial planning knowledge
• In-depth credit knowledge
• Ability to maximize use of sales tools (Salesforce, PowerBI)
• Qualified for discretionary PM licensing under CIRO

Responsibilities

• Identify and participate in new business development activities
• Develop a competent, collaborative, proactive and motivated sales force to create a superior customer experience
• Ensure strong performance by setting targets and coaching to results
• Collaborate across PB 1859, Commercial Banking, Insurance, Financial Planning to address client needs
• Identify and propose changes to improve processes and systems
• Identify market trends to ensure products meet client needs
• Develop future talent pipelines and provide personalized coaching
• Engage in community and social initiatives
