National Bank is seeking a Regional Administration Manager for the Wealth Management team in Canada. The role focuses on operational excellence, employee experience, and building high-performing regional teams across Prairie branches.

You will partner with Wealth Advisory Teams and regional leadership to identify opportunities, address challenges, and foster a positive workplace culture. The position is based in Calgary with on-site requirements and travel across branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, recruitment, and people development experience.
• Experience managing operations, risk, and compliance across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coaching, and performance of Associates and Branch Administrators across the region.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession initiatives for admin staff.
• Promote consistent administrative, operational, compliance, and risk practices.
