You will guide strategic initiatives, mentor planners, and drive sales while maintaining strong risk and regulatory practices.

As a senior leader, you will collaborate with executive partners to optimize portfolio management, client outcomes, and business growth across TD Wealth in Canada.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• At least five years of senior management experience.
• CFP designation required or willingness to obtain.
• CSCPI course completed and other regulatory requirements met within deadlines.
• Strong communication and team-management skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional financial planning teams to drive sales and client service excellence.
• Provide mentorship and ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and governance standards.
• Partner with leadership to guide portfolio management and strategic decision-making across units.
• Foster client relationships and maintain TD Wealth brand integrity in a fast-paced environment.
