OK Tire Canada is seeking two Business Development Managers to support dealer performance and network expansion across Canada. This field-based role ties closely with dealers to drive store growth, implement programs, and ensure alignment with national strategies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in field sales or business development in automotive retail, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in field sales, retail operations, or business development in automotive.
• Experience managing B2B relationships with consultative selling.
• Familiarity with franchise models or independent retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Dealer Performance & Relationship Management: Serve as primary business contact for OK Tire dealers and support revenue growth.
• Sales Enablement & Program Execution: Coordinate training and enablement with internal and external partners.
• Market Development & Expansion Support: Identify potential new locations and support growth initiatives.
• Internal Collaboration & Communication: Partner with marketing, operations, finance and franchise teams to address dealer needs.
• Reporting & Accountability: Monitor KPIs and provide updates to Regional Director.
