Job summary

Merit Kitchens Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our dealer network across Canada, focusing on Western Canada.

You will identify, prospect, and qualify dealer opportunities, build relationships, and convert qualified prospects into active revenue-generating accounts. The role requires proactive outreach, CRM management in HubSpot, and support for existing dealers during territory travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, territory sales, outside sales or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of generating new business through proactive prospecting.
• Strong face‑to‑face presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue qualified accounts aligned with Merit Kitchens’ ICP.
• Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information in HubSpot, with next steps.
• Travel across Canada to visit dealers, deliver materials, and present products.
• Convert qualified prospects into new Merit and Lectus dealers and guide the application process.
