Job summary

Tenneco is hiring a Business Development Manager for Eastern Canada. The role focuses on implementing sales and marketing programs, growing market share, and supporting key accounts across NAPA and traditional channels.

Ideal candidates will have bilingual fluency, aBachelor’s degree, 5+ years of automotive aftermarket sales, and strong relationship-building skills. Travel up to 50% within Canada and some US travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience in automotive aftermarket.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in Canada, with some US travel.
• Ability to independently develop and execute business and sales plans.
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets and networking with decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales and marketing programs to key accounts in assigned area to grow market share.
• Contact and present to new account prospects and support existing customers.
• Train and support NAPA/traditional channel key accounts to grow sales.
• Provide leadership to customers and collaborate with regional sales leaders.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and maintain professional relationships with accounts.
